The internal structure of this series of commercial air curtains are made from galvanized steel with powder coating finish. Its external cover is made from Aluminum with brushed finish. The impellers are directly driven. The motors used are of totally enclosed type with self-lubricating ball bearings. The motor has a protection rating of IP44. While this series are equipped with manual controls. With fully automated microcontroller, so the air curtain works only when the door opens and closes when the door closes.
