    Construction and Installation

    1. Construction
    • Fabricated from AISI type 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 1.2mm.
    • It is cut, punched, and folded into sections up to 3000mm in length.
    • The assembly is performed in the factory using computer-controlled seam welds and non-mechanical fastenings.
    • Internal cover plates are used to conceal joints and fastenings, ensuring a seamless appearance. All edges are smoothly rolled to eliminate sharp edges and protrusions.
    2. Fire Supression

    As part of its standard specifications, the basic model includes a pre-piped fire suppression system installed at the factory, aiming to simplify the on-site installation process for fire suppression

    3. Lighting
    • Featuring an energy-efficient design and slim profile, our LED canopy hood lights are ideal for commercial kitchens.
    • Provides high output while significantly reducing replacement and maintenance costs, ensuring a bright work surface with a minimum of 1000 Lux.

    4. Cleaning

    A full perimeter condensation channel with coved internal corners is integrated into the lower edge of the canopy, ensuring easy cleaning, while crush-folded inner edges enhance safety.

    5. Baffle Filter

    Installed inside the canopy at a 45-degree angle, the baffle filters guide air through their semi-circular channels. This setup uses centrifugal force to segregate heavier grease particles from the airflow, directing them into two distinct directions.

    Grease flows into the grease collection gutter and accumulates in a removable tray.
